Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges:

Getzo Lifestyle strives to provide a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. We understand that sometimes, things don’t go as planned, and you may need to Cancel an order, Return a product, or Exchange it for something else. This page outlines our policies to ensure a smooth process for you.

Cancellation and Returns Policy:

Order once placed, it cannot be cancelled / returned.

Exchange Policy:

Exchange of a product is applicable only in the following scenarios:

  • If you have received a damaged product
  • If you have received a product with a size / colour mismatch.

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Contact our customer support team via phone or email within 2 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for exchange.
  • Items must be original and unused, with all tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • We will need a product unboxing video / images to support your claim. Once we receive your product unboxing video / images, our team will inspect them. If the exchange is approved, we will send you a fresh / correct product.
  • If, for any unforeseen circumstances, we are not able to process and exchange, our customer support team will contact you for further process.
